Return Policy
Return Period: Returns accepted for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online/phone within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Online/phone purchases may be returned to any of our store locations .
Refunds go to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Monogrammed, personalized, underwear, vintage, altered, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 1–3 business days once received.
Refunds & Restocking Fees:
- Refund applies to the item price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- A 15% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error.
- Route Package Protection: A third-party insurance service, non-refundable once used.
Exchange Policy
After your exchange is accepted, you may select a different size or item (subject to availability). We’ll email an invoice if there's a price difference. You can securely pay via the link before we ship the new item.
We offer exchanges (not returns) on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased in-store within 30 days. A valid receipt is required.
Store Credit
Store credit can be issued for any difference in price when exchanging one item for another. Store credit can be redeemed at any location. If you want store credit for an online purchase, let us know before finalizing the transaction.
